At Pets at Home our colleagues are extremely important to us, and we want to ensure we retain our colleagues, as their knowledge and commitment is critical to the success of the business.
We want to ensure that all colleagues are offered the opportunity to progress within Pets, in a way that meets both their work and home life demands. This has been happening at our support office for some time, and we are now able to offer a higher degree of flexible working within our stores by re-thinking how we approach our contracted hours.
We consider flexible working in the form of reduced hours, specific shift patterns and job share between two or more colleagues.
We may not be able to accommodate every colleagues request for flexible working, but we do promise to give all requests serious consideration and promise that your request will not affect you future career within Pets.
Along with retaining our amazing colleagues we want to ensure that we attract the best candidates no matter how many hours they are requesting to work, and as such we are happy to talk flexible working with colleagues before they have even joined us!
